Terms & Conditions:
1)The coupon shall be issued to a customer only on buying goods worth Rs.500/- or more at one time against a single invoice.
2)The coupon holder shall have to retain the original copy of the invoice along with his original coupon and in case his coupon declared as the lucky coupon, he will have to present and surrender his coupon along with the corresponding original invoice to Baniya super Market, Raghunath Bazar, Jammu/Katra so as to claim his prize, won against the coupon.
3)PRIZES:1st prize-One Motor Cycle or Rs. 40,000/- 2nd Prize- One LCD TV or Rs. 32,000/- 3rd Prize- One Scooty or Rs. 28,000/- 4th Prize- One Laptop or Rs. 22,000/- 5th Prize- One Handycam or Rs. 15,000/- Lucky coupon winner shall get his/her prize or the value against the prize which ever is less.
4)The prizes are subject to tax deduction at sources as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, as applicable on the date of lucky draw.
